Make sure the producer you work with is honest…

A great producer is like a great friend. He or she knows how to tell it to you straight but always has your best interest at heart. It's our job to make sure that every song is the best it can be and your vision is articulated and fully realized. Your producer is the guardian of your talent and creativity. Yes we all do have to pay the bills but a good producer is efficient and knows how to create a working environment that is focused on being creative and making great music--NOT on watching the clock.
